As the Software Solutions Trainer & Customer Sucess specialist, you’ll engage with our customers to ensure they have a delightful experience. You will focus on supporting our customers directly by answering questions, resolving administrative issues, supporting the order-ship-bill process as well as assisting with technical issues our customers may encounter with our products or their functionality. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are fully trained on our software so that they adopt and use it. In this role, you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers and serve as a contact point between our customers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

As Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing full stack software solutions to power our innovative inventory management machines, mobile software, and cloud infrastructure. Our machines run independently while also performing bidirectional data synchronization and aggregation within our cloud systems. You’ll leverage your wealth of knowledge surrounding Linux, Python, and cloud systems to build new features, integrations, and scale our platforms. What you will be doing:
- Use your expertise in software engineering to design and implement a wide range of software applications, both front-end and back-end. Our systems are all Linux based and primarily written in Python, but other languages are used as needed or where the task is a better fit.
- Analyze current systems while looking for opportunities for performance improvements, architectural enhancements, etc.
- Provide bug triage and customer support when an issue is escalated past front-line support personnel.
- You won’t be a cog in a big system; you’ll be making a direct impact on the success of a growing organization.
Preferred Skills
- Min 10 years’ experience developing software in a professional capacity
- Expert at building and scaling web applications
- Experience developing and interacting with REST APIs
- Full stack experience required. If you have front-end framework experience, that’s a plus.
