Full Job Description:

As the Software Solutions Trainer & Customer Sucess specialist, you’ll engage with our customers to ensure they have a delightful experience. You will focus on supporting our customers directly by answering questions, resolving administrative issues, supporting the order-ship-bill process as well as assisting with technical issues our customers may encounter with our products or their functionality. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are fully trained on our software so that they adopt and use it. In this role, you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers and serve as a contact point between our customers and internal stakeholders. Our ideal hire is self-motivated, personable, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Customer service and/or sales experience, in an industrial (business to business) setting, preferred

· Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· High School Diploma, or equivalent, college degree is a plus

· Demonstrate exceptional communication skills; listening to customer needs is essential,

· Must be comfortable with public speaking; particularly with classroom delivery and training facilitation

Responsibilities

· New customer on-boarding; completing paperwork, basic software training

· Deliver both virtual and in-person training to customers and ensure the participants’ skills and knowledge are enhanced

· Answering and routing phone calls

· Provide quotes and follow up

· Order entry into the order fulfillment system

· Resolution of customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, returns, invoicing, or technical support

· Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction; build rapport with people and seek to understand and exceed customer needs

· Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with customers; create win-win solutions for customer issues

· Create high-quality, detailed, clear training materials

Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about delighting customers and driving business growth through the development and marketing of innovative products and services. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will lead both upstream product development initiatives as well as downstream marketing and marketing communications activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own all product lifecycle processes for products including market research/VOC, competitive analysis, industry research, positioning, product roadmap and SKU rationalization.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Prepare, present and gain consensus for product plans.
Lead a cross functional team (R&D, sales, manufacturing, customer support, sourcing and outside service providers) in the development of new products and features.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate sales leads. Manage all downstream marketing and marketing communications activities and outside service providers.
Provide support to the sales organization in solicitations and current account support. Enable sales success through the development of various sales tools, promotional programs and marketing activities.
Develop annual product line revenue and margin plans as well as pricing strategies. Monitor monthly performance and develop strategies to address shortfalls.
Champion product line improvements (quality, cost reduction, feature enhancements) justified on careful cost benefit analysis and executed through cross-function leadership.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree.
At least three years of Marketing and Product Management experience.
MRO/Industrial Supply industry a plus.
Ability to work independently on long term projects.
Effective leader of cross-functional teams (who don’t report to you).
Capable of highly creative thinking while also being detail oriented and analytical.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Technology-minded; genuine interest & aptitude relating software and mechanical devices.

As Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing full stack software solutions to power our innovative inventory management machines, mobile software, and cloud infrastructure. Our machines run independently while also performing bidirectional data synchronization and aggregation within our cloud systems. You’ll leverage your wealth of knowledge surrounding Linux, Python, and cloud systems to build new features, integrations, and scale our platforms. What you will be doing:

  • Use your expertise in software engineering to design and implement a wide range of software applications, both front-end and back-end. Our systems are all Linux based and primarily written in Python, but other languages are used as needed or where the task is a better fit.
  • Analyze current systems while looking for opportunities for performance improvements, architectural enhancements, etc.
  • Provide bug triage and customer support when an issue is escalated past front-line support personnel.
  • You won’t be a cog in a big system; you’ll be making a direct impact on the success of a growing organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Min 10 years’ experience developing software in a professional capacity
  • Expert at building and scaling web applications
  • Experience developing and interacting with REST APIs
  • Full stack experience required. If you have front-end framework experience, that’s a plus.
  • Well versed in Linux platforms and the overall open-source software ecosystem
  • Experience with Python
  • Knowledge of relational databases (we use postgres)
  • Experience developing cross platform mobile applications with Ionic is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem is a plus, including experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, EFS, and S3.
  • DevOps experience not required, but a plus

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive Salary ($110,000-$150,00 annually), dependent on experience. Plus annual performance based bonus.

Work Remote – Location is limited to incumbent’s ability to drive to Cleveland, OH office every two weeks.
