A 500-employee fabrication plant in Ohio

What we deployed, and what came of it in the first 12 months.

A multi-shift metal fabrication plant in northern Ohio runs 24 hours, 6 days a week. Before SecuraStock the team had a manned crib on first shift only, an open crib on nights, paper sign-out that nobody enforced, and roughly $2.1M in annual MRO spend with no usable consumption data.
