What is the difference between SecuraStock and SecuraTower?+

SecuraStock holds 250 SKUs in a horizontal cabinet, SecuraTower holds 125 SKUs in a vertical tower. SecuraStock is the higher-capacity, more economical-per-SKU choice when you have the wall space. SecuraTower is more floor space friendly, but really shines in secure access to large, expensive bulk items.

How many SKUs does SecuraTower hold?+

125 unique SKUs per tower. The vertical layout uses adjustable shelving and zone-based dispensing, so the SKU mix can be reconfigured when your inventory changes without replacing the unit.

What is SecuraTower's footprint?+

Roughly the floor area of a 2-drawer file cabinet. The unit is built taller than a standard vending machine to recover capacity vertically. Specific dimensions are sized at the demo based on your install location and ceiling height.

Can SecuraTower work alongside an existing SecuraStock vending machine?+

Yes. Both products run on SecuraSmart software, so transactions from a SecuraTower add-on flow into the same inventory dashboard as the main SecuraStock unit. Same authentication, same reports, same admin.

What authentication does SecuraTower support?+

RFID badge zone access (the most common in plant deployments), PIN entry, and mobile app via SecuraSmart. The zone access logic means a single badge scan can unlock multiple zones at once, reducing the time per transaction for users who need several items.

Can I use SmartBins inside SecuraTower?+

Yes. SmartBins add weight-based inventory tracking inside the tower for items where you need 100% inventory accuracy without manual cycle counts. The bins integrate with the same SecuraSmart dashboard.

What is the warranty on SecuraTower?+

Three years standard. A 5 year warranty can be purchased.  Same warranty as SecuraStock and the rest of the lineup. The vertical dispense mechanism uses the same magnetized shelving approach as SecuraStock - minimal moving parts, low failure rate.

Is SecuraTower an entry-level unit or a long-term solution?+

Both. We have sold SecuraTower as a starter unit to plants that later added SecuraStock for higher-volume locations, and we have sold it as a permanent fit for satellite sites and mobile field operations. The 125-SKU capacity covers most small-shop MRO catalogs without forcing an upgrade.
